I believe your optimal wellness depends on a holistic approach that recognizes the physical, mental/emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of your being. The assessments I use include both subjective and objective data-gathering that form a foundation for addressing your concerns and suggesting actions you can take to overcome them.

A Natural Health Assessment includes a health history, master symptom survey, and may include temperament analysis and recommended lab tests, if advised. You will receive a report of findings and suggested protocol for obtaining your health goals. Subsequent follow-up visits will be for the purpose of reviewing your Optimal Wellness Survey and adjusting your protocol as needed, until you have achieved your goals.

Suggested interventions may include Christian mental health counseling, lifestyle adjustments, dietary correction, exercise, nutritional supplementation, and more.

The initial fee for the Natural Health Assessment is $225 and includes the Optimal Wellness consultation and a bioenergetic assessment. Subsequent visits, whether in-office or online, are prorated at $75/hr.
